Finality of sales
Because we are unable to restock, resell, or exchange any orders, all transactions are final. 

Sample bows
In order to ensure that the product type, colors, layout, and design execution meet your expectations, we provide one digital design mockup and one revision of that design, free of charge. Each additional mockup or revision will incur a $30.00 fee. 

Prior to placing a bulk order, a sample bow or scrunchie may be purchased. 

Payment Procedure 
After we have received your order, we will send you an invoice for the total amount. Once this invoice is paid in full, we begin our process of production. The Bow Boys do not refund purchases for any reason.

Intellectual property 
All designs, including designs of final products, are the exclusive property of The Bow Boys LLC and may not be copied or reproduced by any other entity.
