To continue giving our programs the best handmade bows in the industry, we have updated our process for greater efficiency. Here's what to expect from the moment you land on our site to the day your cheer accessories are delivered.
COMPLETE OUR INQUIRY FORM
We’ll ask you to upload your uniform design, tell us your themes, communicate your in-hand date, and select the quantity you need.
Give us as much detail as you can! Our goal is to manifest your vision, so don’t hesitate to share any additional ideas and inspiration photos you may have.
DESIGN MOCKUP
If we have the capacity to fulfill your order in time, we send you an invoice for a $100.00 retainer. This non-refundable fee confirms your spot in our design mockup queue, and will be applied to your final cost.
WANT A SAMPLE? We want you to feel excited and confident from start to finish. For the cost of shipping and the materials needed to create the sample, you can request a sample of your custom design before bulk ordering.
You can order a physical sample, or skip right to accepting your design and receiving your invoice.
CONFIRM YOUR PLACE IN LINE
Once you approve your design, we will invoice you for the remaining cost of your order. Payment in full secures your program’s place in the production queue. Orders will be completed and shipped in the order in which they are received. We accept payments of all kinds and understand that your method may vary based on school, gym, and other regulations.
HANDCRAFTED BOWS + SCRUNCHIES
Once the invoice is paid in full, we order any specialty materials and begin our process of meticulously creating premium cheer accessories that reflect your program’s identity, unity, and spirit.
OFF TO FEDEX WE GO!
Once completed, your products are carefully packaged and taken to FedEx where they are insured and tracked. It takes 12-15 weeks from the day that you pay the invoice for your package to arrive, so plan accordingly.
SHIPPING UPDATES
We partner with FedEx because they are reliable and efficient, and because they provide real-time shipping updates every step of the way. If you have an updated FedEx account, you will automatically receive shipping updates and details through them.
UNBOXING DAY!
This is our favorite day, as most programs keep the bows a surprise. When showing your team their new bling, please send us any and all media or tag us @thebowboys on socials!
